Self-awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence and the key to a life of integrity and success. Self-awareness is also how we learn to manage our emotions and one of the keys to effective leadership of self and others. In this leadership training, we will explore both internal and external self-awareness and how to grow in both areas. We will learn how to recognize emotions, understand what they are telling us, and discuss effective responses to real-life scenarios. greater emotional health and leadership effectiveness.

Cari Egharevba is known for her contagious enthusiastic spirit as a trained social worker. She wholeheartedly believes in the power and lasting impact of building authentic relationships.
