He holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Professional Coaching (IPEC), Change Management (Prosci), and the Hogan & DiSC Assessments. While not at work, he likes to spend time with his wife and four boys, play competitive sports, go on adventures and enjoy the outdoors.
